Humble Beginnings of the Banana Chocolate Mousse

Our Banana Chocolate Mousse started its fame during our final exam in Cuisine and Restaurant Operations last December 2010. It has the base of banana slices  topped with rich white chocolate mousse and dusted with cocoa powder. We served it and everyone loved it


It continued its stardom when it was featured in SAJI Magazine April 2011 issue. 

 

This time no more cocoa powder. Chocolate cake was used as its base, layered with white chocolate mousse and freshly cut banana and finished with chocolate glaze.


After being featured in culinary magazine, it was then featured in the Student Newsletter and in our video presentation in Advance Baking and Pastry.

And now, Banana Chocolate Mouse made its way to the "BLISSFUL MOUSSE - Domes of Pure Delight" to give everyone the last bite that you will not forget.
